Clear the cache from any browser

To ensure the application loads the most recent version after an update, users may need to clear their browser cache, as saved data can slow initial load times.

A hard refresh forces a browser to forget the outdated application version and load the current version.

Windows: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows

  • Press Ctrl+F5.
  • If that doesn't work, try Shift+F5.
  • If that doesn't work, try Ctrl+Shift+R.

Mac: Chrome or Firefox for Mac

  • Press Shift+Command+R.

Mac: Safari

  • Press Command+Option+E to empty the cache.
  • Hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.

Mac: Safari for iPhone and iPad

  • Go to settings to erase the browser cache.
