Create a support ticket

There are three ways to contact the support team.

Option 1:

Click on the “Sparkles” icon on the top right of the navigation to display the chat window.

**Option 2:**Go to the Technical support chat:

  • Log in to the application.
  • Click on the profile icon on the top right side of the navigation bar.
  • Click on the “Resources” button.
  • Click the “Technical Support” button.
  • Ask your questions.
