Reset the password

When you are logged in.

  • Log in to the application.
  • Click on the profile icon on the top right side of the navigation bar.
  • Click on the “Account” button.
  • Next to the “Password” section.
  • Click on the “pencil” icon.
  • Enter your current password.
  • Click on the “Verify” button.
  • Enter the new password.
  • Confirm the new password.
  • Click on the “Set new password” button.

When you are logged out.

  • Open the application URL.
  • Click “Forgot password?”.
  • Enter the code sent to the registered email address.
  • Enter the new password.
  • Confirm the new password.
  • Click on the “Set new password” button.
