4 - Test Altru integration

Step 1: Locate settings

  • Log in to the application.
  • Click on “Development”.
  • Click on “Membership Portal”.
  • Click on “Settings”.

Step 2: Test integration

  • Click on the “Test Altru Integration”.
  • Click on “Test Integration”.
  • Verify the integration is successful with the green checkmark.

If your test fails, you receive an error message with the reason as to why it failed. Verify you have the Development Data Entry and Marketing Manager roles for your connection account.
