2 - Create a query
Information Library
- Click on “Analysis”.
- Click on “Information Library”.
- Click on “Add an ad-hoc” query.
- Click on “Constituent” query type.
- Click on “OK”.
Include records where:
Isindividual is equal to Yes
and Deceased is equal to No
and Member\Membership\Status is not blank
and Email Addresses\Email address is not blank
and Member\Membership\Expiration date is on or after today
Results fields to display:
Date added
Email Addresses\Email address
First name
Last/Organization/Group/Household name
Phones\Number
Phones\Phone type
Member\Membership\Membership ID
Member\Membership\Membership level type
Member\Membership\Membership level
Member\Membership\Status
Member\Membership\System record ID
Constituent record
Save the query
- Click on the "Preview results".
- Verify that the number of rows/records is less than 15k.
- Click on the "Set save options".
- Name your query with “- SGS” (Example: Member Portal - SGS).
- On the bottom right, click on "Save and close".
Export the query
- Click on the "Get OData link."
- Copy the OData link to use in the next step.
Add OData link
- Log in to the application.
- Click on “Development”.
- Click on “Membership Portal”.
- Click on “Sync Activity”
- Click on the “OData links” tab.
- Click on “Add OData link”.
- Paste the URL.
- Save settings.
Request data
- Click on the “Sync activity” tab.
- Click on “Request data”.
