1 - Add and verify a custom domain name

Step 1: Locate the domain name

  • Log in to the application.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Click on the “Account” tab.
  • Under Web domains.
  • Click on “+ Add domain name”.
  • Enter a domain name.
  • Click on verify.

Step 2: Follow the email steps

  • Check the email you entered for the domain.
  • Add the records from the email sent to your DNS provider.
  • Click on “Manage DNS”.
  • Click on “Add New Record.”
  • Click on " Add more records.”
  • Select CNAME.

Depending on your DNS provider, the link to the portal will be available within 48 hours after the update has been made.

Step 3: Connect the domain name

  • Click on “Development”.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Click on the “Domain name” tab.
  • Click on the dropdown to select your domain.
  • Click on “Save settings”.

Step 4: Verify connection

  • Click on “Development”.
  • Click on “Membership Portal”.
  • Verify the domain name is connected.
