Keep the data clean

Maintaining a database free of duplicate records enables an organization to communicate more effectively with its constituents. Data deduplication ensures higher accuracy for mailings, email campaigns, and comprehensive reporting.

Constituent records can be in two different groups:

  • Constituent records with a primary email address
  • Constituent records without an email address
