Create a mailing list query

Step 1: Information Library

  • Click on “Analysis”.
  • Click on “Information Library”.
  • Click on “Add an ad-hoc” query.
  • Click on “Constituent” query type.
  • Click on “OK”.
Include records where:
Constituenttype is equal to Individual
and Deceased is equal to No
and Email Addresses\Primary email address is equal to Yes
and Email Addresses\Do not email is equal to No
and Email Addresses\Bounced is equal to No
Results fields to display:
Date added
First name
Last/Organization/Group/Household name
Email Addresses\Email address
Main mailing list Attribute\Value
Address (Primary)\Addressline1
Address (Primary)\Addressline2
Address (Primary)\City
Address (Primary)\State
Address (Primary)\ZIP
Address (Primary)\Country
Phones\Number
Datechanged
Constituent record

Step 2: Save the query

  • Click on "Preview results".
  • Verify that the number of rows/records is less than 15k.
  • Click on "Set save options".
  • Name your query with “- SGS” (Example: Data Bridge - SGS).
  • On the bottom right, click on "Save and close".

Step 3: Export the query

  • Click on "Get OData link".
  • Copy the OData link to use in the next step.

Step 4: Add OData link

  • Login to your account.
  • Click on “Data Bridge”.
  • Click on “Sync Activity”.
  • Click on “OData links” tab.
  • Click on “Add OData link”.
  • Paste the URL.
  • Save settings.

Step 5: Request data

  • Click on “Sync activity” tab.
  • Click on “Request data”.
