After setting up your Data Bridge, it’s time to go into maintenance mode. The Data Bridge will sync your list daily based on your settings.
Continue to monitor the size of your queries. If a query result gets close to 15,000 records, you must create a new query and attach it to the Data Bridge.
Changing the Query
It is unavoidable that sometimes you need to change the results coming from the query to suit your needs. To do this, all you need to do is sync the data.
Refreshing Data
The data should refresh every time you open the Google Sheet for the first time. But you can still refresh the data even if you are currently adjusting the query while the Google Sheet is open by selecting "redownload data" in cell A1 (which is blank). Click OK.
