Constituent records without an email address

Lastly, there are constituent records without an email address. These are the most challenging records to process, since we have to use Altru’s “fuzzy search algorithm”.

Recommendations:

  • Use a data broker to obtain email addresses, or Altru offers an Email Finder.
  • Configure Altru to process records using the built-in deduping process. Exact (100%), High (90%), Medium (80%), and Low (70%).
  • Process the remaining records using the Deduper application, matching on first name, last name, and phone number.
