Settings

Deduping Keys: Deduping keys are used to find duplicate records in the data set. The search utilizes AND logic.

First name: If the setting is enabled, it will show all records with duplicate first names.

Last/Organization/Group/Household name: If the setting is enabled, it will show all records with duplicate last names.

Email Addresses\Email address: If the setting is enabled, it will show all records with duplicate email addresses.

Lookup ID: If the setting is enabled, it will show all records with duplicate lookup IDs.

System record ID: If the setting is enabled, it will show all records with duplicate System Record IDs.

Exclusion Keys: Select the values to exclude from the final results.

First name: If the setting is enabled, it will exclude all duplicate first names.

**Last/Organization/Group/Household name:**If the setting is enabled, it will exclude all duplicate last names.

Email Addresses\Email address: If the setting is enabled, it will exclude all duplicate email addresses.

Lookup ID: If the setting is enabled, it will exclude all duplicate lookup IDs.

System record ID: If the setting is enabled, it will exclude all duplicate system record IDs.

OData button: Remove or add an OData link.

Delete Deduper button: Delete the deduper; this action cannot be undone.

Sync Activity: View the history of all data that was downloaded at a specific date and time.

Request Data: Manually sync data from Altru to view changes made to the Deduper.

Export Data: Export the data to Excel, CSV, or directly into the Data Bridge.

Find Duplicates: See all duplicate records based on the settings enabled.
