Create an OData link for the Ticket Scanner
If a guest forgets or misplaces their ticket, you can look them up on the scanner by creating a search query in Altru. This query will allow the scanner to search by name, phone number, email address, or sales order lookup ID. Using one of these options, you can retrieve the specific constituent’s sales order.
We recommend that you use the suggested query for the Ticket Scanner. You can customize it to fit your specific needs. For instance, if your tickets are valid for an entire year, you might use the "This calendar year" option. Please note that if you modify the suggested query, you should test it to ensure it works correctly.
