How to enable an email template

Step 1: Sync Query

  • Click on “Email Designer”
  • Select your email.
  • Click on “Activity”.
  • Press “Request data”
  • Confirm this action by pressing on “Request Data”
  • Once the OData is downloaded, you will see the confirmation.

Step 2: Enable email

  • Open your email in Email Designer.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Enable the “Start sending emails?” option.
  • Click on “Save settings”.
