Prerequisites
Before you get started with the manual, make sure you meet the following prerequisites. An Altru Environment Admin must complete the following steps. Only a Blackbaud Environment Admin will have the permissions necessary to complete the following steps.
- You are an Altru administrator for the account.
- You have access to Social Good Software and can manage permissions.
- You can add users to Altru.
