Send reminder email for unpaid payment request
Step 1: Login to Link2Pay
- Login to your Social Good Software account
- Click on “Development”.
- Click on “Link2Pay”.
- Click on the “Links” tab.
Step 2: Send reminder
- Locate the specific payment request you want to follow up on.
- Click on the “…” and then click “Send reminder”.
- Confirm details and click “Send reminder”.
