Settings dashboard
The Settings tab is used to configure the email templates, sender information, and other settings for group sales and donation payment requests created within the Link2Pay tool.
Group sales section: Settings and email templates specific to group sales payment requests.
Donation section: Settings and email templates specific to donation payment requests.
From address: The email address from which the request, reminder, or confirmation emails will be sent.
From name: The display name that appears in the recipient's inbox as the sender of the email.
BCC: Allows users to specify an email address to blind carbon copy all outgoing emails for auditing or internal tracking purposes.
Request Template: Opens the editor for customizing the initial email template sent to request a payment.
Reminder Template: Opens the editor for customizing the follow-up email template sent as a payment reminder.
Confirmation Template: Opens the editor for customizing the email template sent to confirm a payment has been received.
