Prerequisites

Before you get started with the manual, make sure you meet the following prerequisites.

  • Access to “Code Tables” in Altru.
  • You can create and edit queries in Altru.
  • Access to create and edit emails in Social Good Software.
  • Access to group reservations, daily, advanced, online, and group sales in Altru.
  • Access to membership and tickets in Altru.
  • Access to add a constituent note.
