Working with large queries

You can modify a query based on your needs. However, modifying the date in a given query may slow down your data results, and could degrade Altru's performance as the query will take more CPU cycles to resolve. We don’t recommend changing the date restriction in the query. If you do modify a query, you will need to test it first.
