Disable Altru acknowledgment email for specific program

Altru limits the ability to disable acknowledgment email without disabling all acknowledgment emails. The acknowledgment email will always be sent unless you disable all the acknowledgment emails globally. We do not recommend disabling all acknowledgment emails from Altru.

Disable the email

  • Click on “Web”.
  • Click on “Manage program forms”.
  • Click on the dropdown for your selected program.
  • Click on “Acknowledgment email”.
  • Click on “Disable”.
