How to get the latest updates?
When you access the application, the data retrieved is saved on your computer, so the application can load faster if you revisit it; however, if the application updates, some browsers continue to load the version of the application that’s out of date.
A hard refresh will force a browser to forget the outdated version of the Application and load the current version.
For Windows
- Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows
- Press Ctrl+F5
- If that doesn't work, try Shift+F5
- If that doesn't work, try Ctrl+Shift+R
For Mac
- Chrome or Firefox for Mac
- Press Shift+Command+R
- Safari for Mac
- Press Command+Option+E to empty the cache
- Hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar
- Safari for iPhone & iPad
- Click on settings to erase your browser's cache
